First of all i want to tell that E&B is great burning program.

I tried to burn 4 discs (2 Verbatim DL 2 Verbatim SL) and I noticed that set burning speed on dual-layer doesn't work. On both cases I could choose 2.4x, 4x, 6x, 8x and 10x. First I choose 2.4x and after 30 sec. burner reached 10x and finished with that speed. There were no errors. Next time I choose 4x and everything was the same.

On single-layer disc I Choose 4x and burner reacher 6x and finished with that speed.

Is it bug or i'm missing something?

Basic information:

E&B v.1.5 RC1

Pioneer DVR-212D

I can confirm that Explore&Burn v1.5 RC1 always writes the disc using the maximum speed, regardless of the speed selected by the user.

This issue will be fixed in final release of the Explore&Burn 1.5.
